1. General Terms & Scope

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the cl444 platform and its users. cl444 is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

In this document, "you" or "user" means any person, registered or unregistered, who uses the cl444 platform. "We", "cl444", or "platform" means cl444 and its operating entity.

1.1 Scope of Terms

1.2 Language

These terms have been drawn up in Bengali. If a translation into another language is provided, the Bengali version shall prevail in matters of interpretation.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on cl444, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be legally eligible to use this service.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

2.1 Accuracy of Account Information

It is your responsibility to keep the information you provided at registration up to date at all times. Providing incorrect or false information gives cl444 the right to suspend or close your account.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, username) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to cl444 immediately.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed and their balances may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonus benefits will be treated as fraud.

3. Age Restrictions

cl444 may request an identity document or other supporting documents for age verification at any time. If a user fails to provide the required documents or is suspected of being underage, that account will be suspended immediately.

To protect minors, we recommend using parental control software. All adults are responsible for keeping children away from online gambling.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals on cl444 are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.4 Transaction Terms

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is prohibited.
• cl444 reserves the right to delay or reject suspicious transactions.
• In the event of a chargeback request or fraud, the associated account will be closed.

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

cl444 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Programme

The cl444 VIP programme has four tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through consistent play. Tier changes are at the discretion of cl444.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Artificial betting patterns, multiple accounts, or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain bonus benefits are strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the details of the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be considered void.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activity on cl444 is subject to the rules set out in this section.

6.1 Game Results & Fairness

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error
• If fraudulent activity relating to an event's outcome is detected
• If irregular betting patterns are observed

6.3 Responsible Gaming

7. Account Closure & Suspension

cl444 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of the bonus system
• Threatening behaviour towards other players or cl444
• Providing a false identity or age

7.1 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service. It is recommended that you withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. If an active wagering requirement exists, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction activity for an extended period, cl444 may mark that account as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts; details will be provided separately.

9.1 Service Availability

cl444 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons. No compensation will be provided for losses caused by such outages.

10. Changes & Updates to Terms

cl444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their account for significant changes.

10.1 Effectiveness of Changes

Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
